This project includes connecting sidewalks and filling in ditches on the west side of Ecole Avenue, between Jenkins Road and Brightwood Street.
ADA-compliant ramps will be installed and utilities will be relocated.
Improvements will be made to stormwater drainage and stormwater treatment facilities.
